Stack Wise restrictions

Does the Stack Wise technology have restrictions on what equipment can be stacked together.
Can non poe and poe switches be stacked?
Do the switches need to be the same version of the ios?
I'm look to stack a 3750 V2 poe switch running version 15 of the ios with a 3750 non poe switch running a 12.2 version of the ios.
Can I do that?

You can stack different models of switches together, but the stack members must be using at least the same major version. See
