Is the A+ certification hard

I am about to take the A+ for the first time. Is this certification hard? can anyone give me some advice? icon_confused.gif

    Well, I guess it depends on the individual and how long they've been in the business. For me, it was a lot of facts to remember, especially the Core Hardware test. You should be able to pass with 3 months studying at tops. :)

    I found it to be overall pretty easy. I scored in the 700s on both exams, but I also studied pretty hard and I have a bit of experience troubleshooting and building computers. I believe if you study hard enough and actually understand the material then they are easy.

    I have been in the field for about three years. I am currently a college student i am getting my B.A. Information security system. I have fulltime technical support job for a corpration. I have been studying off an on for it for about six months. Thanks for the advice!!!
