Job Posting Pet-Peeve

IT job postings that want "10 years of experience in " have long been a pet-peeve of mine... But today I found a posting that puts those to shame...

I found a job that listed as a requirement an "F5 Certified Solutions Engineer" certification... Only problem? F5 has yet to certify a single CSE as the first 40x-level CSE exam they are going to produce wont even be available for Beta until next week (with certifications possibly issued at the end of the Beta period in May) and they're hoping for a end-of-June production launch.

Reminds me of the time a previous employer posted a position asking for 5 years experience with a particular software. Plot twist: it was developed internally, very unique and it was just 2 years old.

This issue was brought up in Feburary at the RSA conference and I believe many companies said they're going to be addressing it. People were very vocal about it as well.
