Long story short, I am currently a info security officer for over a year and before that was involved with policies and procedures only (think C&A, etc.). I now have an interview this week for a Security Engineer role and I am worried about the interview questioning. I haven't had that much hands on, which is why I am applying in the first place (one of them anyway).
Can you all help with the types of questioning I might face and what should I study up on? I had my friend review the posting, and for some reason I didn't notice that it said "entry-level" on one particular job site. It calls for my CISSP specifically, so I am not sure how that can deemed "entry level". I don't even know what the pay scale is.
I want to get back down to the "front lines" so to speak to harden my skill-set which has seemed to go to the managerial side of recent years and now I am bit "rusty".
Thanks for your input on this.
