I took this class and exam recently for some work related projects. I took the MCA110 course which consists of the admin bootcamp and MCA200 certification exam. I do not have a lot of background with OpenStack specifically, but I do have some some exposure to other public and private cloud platforms so the concepts weren't foreign to me. If you have experience with CloudStack or even AWS you should already have a great start.
Over all I thought the class was well put together and didn't include too much fluff. The instructor was knowledgeable and had good experience with the product. I'd definitely suggest this course to anyone looking for some good exposure to OpenStack and it's components.
