CISSP Concentration Advise?

It has been a couple years since I took the CISSP and I am now looking into the ISSAP or ISSEP. The ISSEP might be the way to go since I am an engineer, but I can't seem to find any guidance for self study.
Does anyone have any advise on what resources to use and I don't suppose there are any example questions out there.

I'm interested in the ISSEP as well however it seems to have not been updated or have any updated study materials in quite some time.

That's because neither concentration is much in demand. Maybe the ISSEP will give you an advantage with government contracts/work but that's about it. The concentrations appear to be more of an ego-boost than a marketing plus. Really, have you seen a JD requiring one of the concentrations? I may have seen one, that's it.
