I've recently been applying for 2nd/3rd line network infrastructure engineer jobs and I've been asked to come in for a technical examination.

Has anyone done one recently? What should I expect?

Pretty hard to say without knowing anything about the position. I'd assume it's your basic networking fundamentals then probably some role specific tech questions.
