Help Desk HTML Form

I want to create an HTML page for the help desk that has guidlines to basic printer troublshooting. I have frontpage, but was wondering if there is a good template to use.

I don't know about any templates, but I think you would be better off hard coding something like this.

I don't get it... are you making a form, or just a page with a guide on it? If you're doing a guide, you really won't find good templates for frontpage (horrid program). Look into CSS templates. You can create a nice page with very little graphics if you learn a little CSS.
If you are doing a form... run away from frontpage. I don't know if you will be doing it in PHP or something, but you will either want to hand code it or atleast us Dreamweaver.
Best of luck
