What do you do to keep up with your CCNA knowledge if you don't use it everyday?

16 years ago I could take a Cisco router and configure it with very little reference. Due to my job requirement for the last decade, I have very little Cisco interface that needs to be managed/configure. They're usually set it and forget it. To be honest, I don't even remember how to properly console into a Cisco router anymore.
However, I'm looking to start studying for the CCNA to make myself more marketable. Since my job doesn't allow any hands on experience I need to be able to find a way to keep my knowledge. I'd hate to sit in an interview and brag about my CCNA and not have any idea on it.
