So I passed the SSCP exam today. I mainly did this to show my continued effort in security, as I do not have any professional experience in. My question is if I do not have the experience to become fully SSCP certified, how do I list it on my resume?

It's right here in the "Obtain Experience" section. And their usage guidelines:• Associates of (ISC)² are NOT certified and may not use any Logo or description other than“Associate of (ISC)²”. Under no circumstances may they identify which exam they havesuccessfully passed or use any Logo, other than “Associate of (ISC)²”, in any manner. Failure toabide by this rule may result in the candidate being prohibited from ever attaining any (ISC)²certification.
This leaves a lot of ambiguity as to which exam you passed, since this is the same thing you have for their other certifications where you don't meet the experience requirements.
Are you sure you don't have the experience? It's fairly broad, so even 'regular' system administration work can satisfy the requirement.2017 Goals - Something Cisco, Something Linux, Agile PM
