Has Anyone Ever Successfully Changed Their Renewal Date?
I'm one of those unfortunate persons who took his CISSP many years ago in May, which means my renewal period for my CPEs falls in the middle of the year as well.
My issue is that every other certification I have that requires CPEs is based on the calendar year, which makes tracking for my CISSP complex and inconsistent with the rest (and in general, a PITA).
For me, the ideal is to move my renewal date to occur at the end of the year.
I'd be happy to do my renewal early, and I'd probably even go so far as to pay a small 'fee' to have it done, just because I realize there's a time and management factor on the part of ISC2 to make it happen (even though I think they should just formally develop a new and official process for managing mid-year completers like ISACA does, and do it for free).
Has anyone ever been successful in doing this with ISC2? Does anyone know who the 'right person' would be to talk to at ISC2 if this is possible?

Write to ISC2 support? Though I doubt they would entertain, just because of that ... Mine's September, though this is my only certification.
