Greetings all,
I've found this forum to be really useful, after reviewing a few of the posts here, I have just purchased the Exam Cram 2 book for 70-270. I am studying the official MS training book in addition to a book from the official course, so i'm hoping i'm prepared in a few weeks time for the exam!
I wish MS would put their questions in a more black-and-white context, it's fair to ask difficult questions to test your knowledge obviously, however the way in which MS pose the questions is tricky. I have been studying for this exam for 6 months now.
I'm after the certification for new knowledge, I have been working on an internal IT service desk for 3 years now, and i'm hoping this qualification will be useful to move onto the role of a Desktop Support Technician. There are only so many calls you can handle asking you to fix the coffee machine after all!![;) ;)](https://community.infosecinstitute.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
If there is any advice/tips anyone can offer with regards to their own experience with exam 70-270, I would love to hear it.![:) :)](https://community.infosecinstitute.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks guys!
