Alternate Ping Request timeout for POE devices inside a vlan

Hello,

i have few Cisco 2960S in our campus which have a vlan for PoE IPCameras

I am facing an issue that the ping is getting timed out but not always (eg: once every 4 or 6 successful pings)
this occurs only for poe devices so i suspected power consumption which was ok, i even tried connecting the device with a POE injector but gave me same response

secondly i suspected the cabling but when i moved these cameras to another vlan in the same switch, everything was fine.

Is the source IP for the pings on the same VLAN as the cameras? Just to rule out any routing issue.

Yes same VLAN same subnet and a port in the same switch as well

i have observed 100% transmit utilisation under 'show controller utilization command' these devices are camera and if am correct it is sending recording streams to servers always which should actually reflect in recieve utilisation which is only 2%

Are there any other devices between the IP cameras and the switch in questions? These are all direct runs to the switch?

Are you getting the same ping response when you try to to reach all the cameras?

Maybe one of the cameras are going crazy, hanging, goofed up NIC? See anything abnormal with "sh int"?
