    If you're a student ISACA's CSX Fundamental's cert is very very cheap. I've never taken it but the outline of the subject matter looks good.

    qualys is pretty good actually. Splunk has one but its free for vets only.

    Are there any other free ones out there specifically for Infosec?

    You can get the Splunk user cert for free. Splunk Power User cert is like 2grand but free for vets.
