What book can I use to study for 200-125 since the book isn't going to be released for a couple months?

Just use the current book. Maybe you can sit the current version of ICND2. There's a lot of overlap between the two, so it's not like you'd be wasting all your time if you needed to start again with ICND2 v3.

You can probably get the v2 stuff a bit cheaper now. And using the exam guides, you can concentrate on the overlapping stuff. Some good news is that it looks like Frame Relay has been dropped.
