Can you mix and match active\active and ASA5520 and ASA5512X together in dual ASAs?

if this is all you have in stock, can you active\active both as dual ASA topology?
with and ASA5512x and ASA5520?

i would think you could as long as IOS same and such?

If you mean Active/Active-Failover..... Than No.
[h=3]Prerequisites for Active/Active Failover[/h]In Active/Active failover, both units must have the following:
•The same hardware model
•The same number of interfaces
•The same types of interfaces
