I've read reports and listened to technology executives discuss this topic on podcast and general radio shows. The last one I heard speak was the SVP of HR (Oracle) Stated the field at this moment and time, which was 6 months ago at the time, would have a large void of security talent. No one knows for sure. He also mentioned they would have to go outside the US for talent since there wasn't enough here.
