If you use the CCIE Routing and Switching 5.0 Official Cert Guide, I transcribed Table I-1 (CCIE Routing and Switching Written Exam Blueprint) into a spreadsheet that can be used as a study guide, study tracker or anything else you might want to use it for.
(Actually, a copy and paste from PDF, then a little bit of editing and delimiting for importing the text file into Excel) I'm happy to email it to you unless there's a shared file section here where I can deposit it.
