Audio file sources?

Hello, pretty new here but great site and information to absorb. What are some sources to use to listen to while driving for Sec+ studying?

Also, how long does it take until I'm blessed and can post normally? The delay is slow and by the time it shows up the comment/topic is no longer relevant and has moved on. Thanks.
