Please critique my resume

Hi Folks,
So I'm looking to G'up my resume a bit as I have not done so in a while and will be looking for a new role soon. I know it lacks punchiness e.g managed to save company x amount of dollars by implementing/designing xyz. Trouble is I'm struggling to find that with the content I have on the resume atm! (working on that). Aside from that what do you guys think? Feel free to suggest anything at all that you may notice that looks out of place or any ways to make it better. The more eyes the better
