Would u hire ccie rs or ccnp in multiple area?
maybe too obvious question but I want to hear ur opinions

    It depends on your job duties honestly, for instance I work in a ISP so ccnp sec and ccnp cloud are useless to me for my day to day duties.

    Agreed, we have a CCIE on staff who only does light switching and lots of wireless. They don't touch anything in the security side at all, so it just depends on what you need.

    I wouldn't hire anyone at a high level because of a cert. Either one makes you marketable it just depends what you want to do.
