I have been working as a Thermal Engineer in an IT infrastructure manufacturing company for almost four years and considering changing my career to IT. My interest is in IT infrastructure/data center/tech support(in IT intensive field such as bank, school, healthcare). I have been doing job search for half a year but no F2F interview so far. I have studied Network+ and Storage+ but did take the exams due to cost. How can I start according to my experience? How do I need to modify resume to land more interviews? Any advice/recommendation is appreciated!
