“using a false IP address or a third-party address by any other means for the purpose of committing a crime or preventing its discovery”,
in order to understand the law correctly and where the punishment is exclusively linked to the mentioned fraudulent act and the intent to commit a crime or prevent its discovery.
what does that false IP address mean or third party address... is that meaning using DDNS service like dynddns ?

But you send all your mail, which involves explosives and poisons and nuclear weapons from PRETENDING that you are in House B. They don't want you to send from House B because they want to be able to track you down. If they find your weapons, they will want to go to House B to arrest you. But alas, you won't be in house B. lol
