The TRA further urged to read the actual violation mentioned in the law; which says:

“using a false IP address or a third-party address by any other means for the purpose of committing a crime or preventing its discovery”,

in order to understand the law correctly and where the punishment is exclusively linked to the mentioned fraudulent act and the intent to commit a crime or prevent its discovery.

what does that false IP address mean or third party address... is that meaning using DDNS service like dynddns ?

A quick example is 'PrivateInternetAccess.com' which provides anonymous IP and VPN service. [h=3][/h]

Say you live in House A, and the government and everyone knows you live in House A.
But you send all your mail, which involves explosives and poisons and nuclear weapons from PRETENDING that you are in House B. They don't want you to send from House B because they want to be able to track you down. If they find your weapons, they will want to go to House B to arrest you. But alas, you won't be in house B. lol
