Cheap/fast/online MBA program (not necessarily IT specific)

I currently have my BS in network and communications management. I have been working in in the IT field since 2004 when I graduated college. I have my A+, Security+, SSCP, MCSA. I am trying to move into a IT manager role at the moment and its been a challenge. I also may not work in IT the rest of my life.

Is there any real benefit in getting a MBA?

Why are there so many posts about WGU?

Any suggestions on cheap/fast/online MBA programs?
