98-365 MTA Exam any pointers taking test Friday

Taking the test on Friday, haven't studied a bunch its my first MS cert / exam. Have had about a year and a half in the IT Field doing low level server administration such as creating accounts in AD and applying / making GP in AD. Checking event logs for errors, patching servers, checking SANS for disk and vdisk issues, Hyper-V failing VMs over, creating vm's, basic powershell commands (very basic), cmd line (basic / entry lvl). Should I be good to go on this test? Any suggestions.

Also, is it just multiple choice questions on the exam?
