Question about booster pack

If you have failed an exam (paying out of pocket for the exam) then retake the exam with a booster pack will it not work? I just purchased the booster pack and the "Code" isn't working in the exam registration site. THoughts? Thanks for any assistance.

Yeah got it scheduled for the 17th, 5 retakes might as well.....
