MeasureUp Labs and cert bundles

Has anyone used the Labs from MeasureUp.
They state 16 hours learning time, but don't mention how long the labs would be accessible.
I am thinking I would want option of working with a concept more than once.
Do you know if you only get 16 hours?
or how many days would the labs work?
if you did labs, were they worth it?
they also have something called cert kit.
has anyone used cert kits from MeasureUp and were they worth it?

I used the measure up practice test and did find that it was very similar to the real 70-410 test. I even got an accurate score from it vs the first time I took the real exam.
