Need advice? CCNA Data center

If I take CCNA Data Center certfication and I pass it, will my ccna routing and switching get renew? My CCNA R&S will expire next year september.

Or Do i have to take CCNP R&S so that my CCNA R&S will be renewed?

Yes. Any associate level (or higher) exam will renew any associate level exam. So you wouldn't need to even get the full CCNA DC, just pass one of the two exams. Each time you pass an exam it resets the clock on all certifications at the same or lower level.
