PPPoE configuration 200-105

I'm reading the book from cisco press, ccna 200-105, I'm really lost!!!
I have some question what ios layer is PPPoe?
and also what it the command to setup a pppoe on the client.

first of all it is the osi model and not ios.
ppp is layer 2. ethernet is layer 2. pppoe is layer 2. or the data link layer

there isn't just one command to setup pppoe on the client. You need to do all of the commands that are in your diagram.
