Not bad but you should have use a link to a PDF or word document so we could see the spacing and font. On the resume move the Certifications above Education and take out "Currently pursuing a degree in B.S" save that for the interview. On the Summary cut out everything from "Self-learner" on it's fluff.

I don't think he's looking for format advice, if so he can easily Google that.

In regards to content, I think you've outline everything given your history and went into detail about what your roles/duties were. This is good as most IT related fields are going to want to know details of what you specficially did. Generalities may work in a customer service type of environment but with IT specifics are good as gold.

I would move your Education/Certs to the bottom as I believe experience would be primary and education secondary, but thats just my personal opinion. Not sure if you have one, but a good cover letter will always make you stand out above those that do not have one. I had recently obtained my AS in Computer Information Systems and though I would try to apply for some jobs, maybe get an interview here and there just to get my feet wet and know what to expect when I am ready to be more aggressive with applying in the IT industry. I honestly believe my cover letter was able to get me more interviews than if I did not have one. I'm sure the AS degree helped meet the minimum education requirements but I think the cover letter sold me more than my resume. Don't get me wrong, I still had to sell myself while in the interview but the cover letter will help you get that interview. Long story short, my first IT interview decided to give me a shot and landed my first IT job.

    Good luck!

superbeast he asks for the resume to be look over. If you look at the certifications you would see that the aliment is off and he has words in the bullet columns. Also it looks like it could be a two pager.

Formatting is key to me, as I see many candidates fail to provide a properly formatted resume. As a result, I do not provide constructive feedback on resumes unless they are in PDF or DOC.

    Couple of quick recommendations:

Summary... largely fluff. I'd shorten it.

Education... put degree above school name and remove course completion line.

    Skills... shorten.

For some bullets you end in periods, for others you don't. Make them consistent.

I agree with superbeast that experience should probably be ahead of education.

    Just my 2 cents.

Edit: The formatting on the left side appears a little off but I have fixed it on the main document.

    Thank you!
