dizzy_kitty Member Posts: 95 ■■■□□□□□□□Try to cut your resume down to one page. Are you using the font type, size, color (specifically the purple)? Your basic information at the top is too big and takes up a lot of real estate on your resume. The change in different font sizes doesn't flow. It's not very clean to look at (i.e. the sentences under career overview and qualifications appear larger than the sentences you put in boxes (don't find the boxes necessary either)). Don't use purple. Keep the font black.
You need to go into specifics when it comes to your work experiences. Your experiences are short, generic phrases. If you can include quantitative data (i.e. how much in sales per month) that would be great. Look up "Network admin/Tech" roles or even jobs to pull statements from those pages to put on your resume if you really did those things but don't know how to phrase it. Look at the duties on network admin jobs advertised and try to copy and paste whatever aligns with the experience you gained performing that role. HR tries to find resumes that contain words/phrases that match the job that is being advertised. Cater to specific jobs.
Move education near the top of your resume. Career overview isn't really needed. Put certs as the second information listed. And then qualifications:
1) Your basic information
2) Education
3) Certs
4) Qualifications
5) Experience
6) Awards if any -

I attached one I scrubbed so you can get an idea of how it should be formatted and structured as well as all the important info that should be included.
Yours needs wayyyyyy more info and wayyyyy more pertinent info. Its a good start
Concentrate on your current role and transferring that to your resume in a clear and direct manner. Use only your accomplishments as your bullets and above all SELL YOURSELF
