Most (if not all) SANS instructors are top of the line. Some try to go for course authors whenever possible, but in my opinion is you can't go wrong with any of them.
Well, I can say I had Chris Pizor for my course this summer. He was pretty good. Think he said he was going to be teaching another course after that one though. Forget which one.
