Job market for sec+ grads?

Anybody know what's the chances of getting hired in some type of IT position with this Cert?

I'm thinking about getting this asap and CCNA. Then eventually SSCP,CISSP. Does this sound like a good plan to get deep into information security field with good salary ? I'm also working on an information management with a concentration in security
