Hi
I just finished Qos exam and was trying to figure out which one of thee CCVP papers to take. Cansome advise on the study materials needed for CVOICE or CIPT pls. I wanted to finish the easy one's first and i guess that will cvoice to take next and then go for call mgr. as i don't hv. experience in that yet..

I'd go CVOICE next as I don't recall there being any Call Manager related material involved, which can't be said for the remained of the exams.
