Anyone use TopResume to get a professional resume written?

I was looking at using TopResume because they have a $149 deal going for the mid-tier resume re-write.
Has anyone actually used this service? I get a few mixed reviews when I google reviews for it so was curious if any of you had used it?
Edit: I did get a free review of my resume and my review says the same thing as on this website so I'm a bit iffy whether I should pay that $149 for a re-write of my resume.

I think the best thing anyone can do for their resume is to keep track of what they do every day at work. Keep detailed notes and then periodically condense those notes down into bullet points you can throw on your resume. This will fill your resume with accomplishments instead of just a job description.
