Resources to pass 98-366?

I'm on lesson 6 in the study guide for 98-366, been reading through it and watching the videos on MVA. I plan to go back through the whole book again with a notebook and highlighter. That being said, I've seen many people saying that those aren't enough to pass the exams, that there tend to be questions regarding content not taught in the study guides and the videos. They aren't usually referring to this exact exam though, so I'm wondering what other resources I should be utilizing, if any.
