VoIP Monitor

Anyone here know where I can find some good training material for VoIP Monitor?
We just started using it to monitor our VoIP traffic and I only had an overview of it. Would like in depth training on it on how I can I use to drill in deeper into it when troubleshooting voice issues.

Don't know of any training courses, but I love the program. It's great for troubleshooting SIP.

I know it's a good program.
I have been playing around with it myself and I am starting to get a bit comfortable with it but the only issue we can't get it to send alerts notifications on the MOS scores.
