CCNAS Material vs CCNA R&S?

Hello, I'm recently CCNA R&S certified and currently studying for CCNP R&S. The plan after I receive the NP is to go after my CCNAS. Was wondering if anyone here could share from experience the overlap in the CCNA R&S vs Security material? Is there a whole lot of overlap? Or very little?


Also if you'd be willing to share with me how long it took you to obtain the CCNAS and whether you had other CCNA/NP level certs before you tried Security? I know everyone learns at a different pace but I'm just curious what the average time frame is for everyone here. Thanks!
