Interesting. Got an email from them today wanting to setup an interview. Nice thing is they are literally 10 minutes down the road from me. Other thing is I've never heard of them. I'm going to setup the interview and I'll keep you posted.

I've heard of them they have a location here in the Silicon Valley in Menlo Park. I interviewed with them years ago and it was a pretty standard consulting role/type of company. I actually didn't take that job. However, I worked for a similar company to them and the type of work is what you would expect from an MSP.

Get a feel for how they operate. It sounds like they are a bigger MSP, so probably pretty standard across all clients. I know the MSP I was at, the sales people would make promises to get the sale and not tell us (or it would be out of scope of our operating procedures). Suddenly they run in, tell us we're costing the business customers, and say they told the customer all of their calls would be treated as a P1. So the secretary at a firm of five people who can't watch a Youtube video is taking precedent over the medical facility with 20 locations and the one that called was in the middle of a procedure when there was an issue with the desktop they use.
