My September exam results have gone missing in ISACA portal

Hey everyone,

Today I went online to check on my CISA CPEs (had an issue with trying to get credit from the new CPE system) and while I was in the MyCertifications tab, I noticed that the CISM tab that had been present disappeared. This is where I could see the exam results from my CISM exam, the status of my application, etc.

Anyone else having the same issue or have experienced this before?

Edit: I did open a support ticket with ISACA to find out what is going on.

Hey,
While ISACA is figuring that out, maybe this link will help

Please replace the very last part to say CISMEX0916. Please note that you might need to change the last four numbers to correspond to the month and year you took the exam so if you took in June 2015, it'll say CISMEX0615.

Now this will only give you your result but I don't think it'll give you your application status.

I was more concerned about my application/exam results going missing in a data loss or whatnot than knowing what they are. (I already have the paper letter that came in the mail.)

No response to my ticket, but my results did reappear, as well as my application status. So, that is something.
