Outlook Issue

Ok, its late in the day and I am having a brain freeze. Just got a user logged onto another workstation, opened up Outlook 2016, noticed it was updating and left for a coffee. when I got back the user says that all her folders that she created are missing.
We are using a hosted email service. Is this a missing pst issue?

Could be. Sometimes, rebooting helps. OR..get her pst from the regular workstation she usually works at and after it 'sets' up, copy it in.

Email our populating, then It's likely a PST issue. If emails aren't populating then it's either a connection issue or an issue with outlook itself. In which case try rebooting.
