MCDST present day equivalent?

I want a career in desktop support and after lurking through forums I have seen people recommend the MCDST cert. I Googled this but cannot find an official page to take this exam.

Has the MCDST expired? If so what is the best equivalent cert to go for nowadays??

Roughly equivalent as MCDST was stopped years ago.

MCSA Windows 10, required exams:

698 & 697

although i was super proud of my MCDST when I got it, pretty much no one cared about it and/or didnt' know what it was

I thoroughly remember us both trying to make the cutoffs in mid 2011.
Some people cared about it for me. I still keep it on the resume. Its not like the cert name says what version it is.
XP, i know!, but most people dont care or realize.
