With getting spam emails, yes. Actual job leads, not really.

Yeah I am skeptical. I had applied to many jobs online and according to ZIP Recruiter I had about 3 different employers view my application 3 or more times and a few others take a 2nd glance at it. They send all these motivational emails that I have trouble believing. "Congratulations your resume was just viewed a third times only 7% of applicants get viewed three times the hiring manager is probably considering you for an interview" , but of course I don't get called for that interview. So I have quickly developed a very skeptical opinion of them. If my resume is as hot as they claim it is online why am I not actually getting any phone calls then?
