VM Server or Microsoft Virtual Server 2005?

As the topic applies which one do you think is easier to setup? Which one is more reliable? Which one is the best overall? Thanks for you guys feedback.

Also question for Microsoft Virtual Server 2005: What is the difference in Configure the Administration Website to always run as the authenticated user or Configure the Administration Website to always run as the Local System account?

^^ I already answered my own question to which choose, authenticated user or local System account... If you are going to install Virtual Server on a single computer then you select: authenticated user
If you will install on multiple computers then: local System acccount
