Co-worker and Boss told me to get my MCP........ then I realized

....that after I get my MCP, I'm only 1 exam away from a MCSA.
Although it would be a MCSA in Windows 10 which is kinda meh compared to server, but I can always go for the MCSE server right?

Kind of "yes"... but mostly NO.
MCSA Windows 10
is Completely different track from a
MCSA Server 2012
.
You can't jump from MCSA "Windows 10" directly to
MCSE Server 2012/16.
If you're planning to be a desktop tech.. then do for the Windows 10.
If you're planning to be a server guy... then go for the Server 2012.
either way, you will automatically get MCP when you pass any of the exams.
