I used ProctorU and while it did not display by grade, it did say I passed the test and I need to wait 7-10 days for the digital certificate. No email, nothing else in their portal. Is this normal? Thanks

Yes. It takes a few days to show up. For my CEH (first EC-Council exam) it took 9 days. I was worried.

After my CHFI exam, I took it on a Friday and it showed up on Monday.

It can take a while based on their case load, etc.. I wish they'd send a quick confirmation email, but they don't. You just wait...
