connection plar problems

Hi all, im having some trouble configurin a private line on a cisco 2901. I need to config the voice-port 0/1/3 to be a private line; it works on a normal extension but when i configurate the connection plar to call an extension that is on a android celphone with zoiper all i get is a missed call.

can anyone help me?

can you run a debug on the call? is the android phone being used as a sip end point?

Your codecs might not be matching so the call could end up being dropped straight up in the signaling phase (if using Early Offer).

Best bet would be to run a debug on the call "debug voice ccapi all" (as TheNewITGuy recommended) if the android phone is running some sort of SIP client that's registered to your PBX.

Another useful debug would be "debug ccsip messages".

at the end it was easier to change the zoiper for bria an it works
