Anyone tried Carnegie Mellon U's SEI training (no certifications involved) ?

So, The Software Engineering Institute in Carnegie Mellon University does a lot of work in Computer security (research, training...etc).
and they have this:

no certifications involved just training, any opinions on quality ? anyone taken any live training in Security/Incident response from SEI ?

Information Security for Technical Staff
Introduction to Incident Handling (I think that's the title)
Advanced Incident Handling
A lot of us here in the State of Texas have taken it. All three courses are excellent. I really learned a lot. If you take any of these courses, ask for Pete Sullivan to be your instructor.
