Technical Resume Conversion

I have slowly been transferring my skills and background into the role of IT professional. However, my resume and background is tailored for liberal arts rather than a technical field. Would anyone be willing to provide pointers on how I can best evolve my resume for IT positions? Or, are there any essential resources to review so I can best improve myself for future IT openings?

I'm likely thinking categories such as "Campus Involvement" or "Psychology Intern" should be completely removed. Instead I should focus on my skillset working with Windows Server, OUs, and IT project management. Perhaps develop a "Skill" related section?

All advice is appreciated. Please be frank and realistic, I want to improve. Many thanks!
