Oracle DB, or Microsoft DB certs. And also CIW to 70-480?

So I am a Software Dev student at WGU, but also want to go above and beyond what they are covering/teaching me in SQL and in Web Development. (I want to graduate standing out)



And I noticed I can pay some extra cash at UCertify to add courses in addition to what I got now.

Which would you recommend?

Microsoft DB path or Oracle DB path?

Now in Web Development

Would gaining Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 and their JavaScript Specialist certs be enough to just walk over and write the 70-480 exam afterward? (Kind of "double dip"?)

And then also, what is more valuable for web and software dev.

Microsoft Server education, or Linux?
